Tools for Achieving Cultural Competence

This program explores the dimensions of diversity, including and beyond race and gender, asking participants to consider a wide range of experiences of the world and how these affect relationship-building in the workplace.
The Tools for Tolerance team will work with you to customize the experience based on your organization's demographics and specific issues and challanges facing the company. Participants will experience team-building activities that boost interpersonal understanding and catalyze support for institutional changes that promote respect and inclusion.
This program can be customized for all levels of an organization, from half-day to three day intensive formats.
