Tools for Tolerance® for Professionals is a leading provider of transformational workplace learning and leadership development. Set in experiential state of the art training facilities, programs bridge personal, local and global issues, challenging participants to redefine professional roles in an increasingly complex and changing world. Since 1996, Tools for Tolerance® for Professionals has trained over 100,000 people in both the private and public sectors.

Recognized as a promising practice by the Presidential "One America" Initiative on Race, the acclaimed Tools for Tolerance® for Professionals program has trained over 45,000 law enforcement personnel and criminal justice professionals, over 35,000 educators, plus thousands of others including municipal employees, foundation board members, and corporate executives. Each group participated in customized programs designed to address their unique professional concerns and challenges.

The programs are experiential and learner-centered. Trained facilitators create a safe environment for probing dialogue around difficult issues rarely discussed in the workplace. Tools for Tolerance® for Professionals challenges participants to question their own assumptions, raises self-awareness, and presents fresh perspectives to redefine personal responsibility and social action. Through the combination of innovative learning technologies, special speakers, workshop formats and leading edge curricula, participants achieve personal and professional growth in a results-oriented group process.
