You must have an email address and Internet access to register for Tools for Tolerance programs.  If you do not have a business or personal email address, there are free email services (e.g. www.yahoo.com and www.hotmail.com) available online that can be used for this purpose.  The Museum of Tolerance, the Simon Wiesenthal Center, and the Tools for Tolerance program do not endorse any third party software.
