Question:
Why should I test my Interwise software installation prior to participating in an Interwise Live event?

Answer:
Though most corporate networks and modems use similar technology and protocols to connect you to the Internet, every configuration is unique. Interwise uses your Internet connection to provide you with a robust online event experience, and since the Interwise solution must rely on your existing network or modem configuration it is recommended that you perform a quick functionality test to ensure you the best possible experience while you are in an event.

An automated testing event is located here: Automated Testing Event

Question:
Why do I need to use the same PC for testing the Interwise software and for attending an Interwise event?

Answer:
When you attend an event using Interwise, you first download and install the Participant software onto your computer, which allows you to Logon to your Interwise event. Interwise needs to test the functionality of this software on the computer you will be using the day of your event so that we can gauge the stability of your network connection.
